On April 26, 2005, my doctor’s nurse referred to as me with my bodily exam report. She stated “Each check and lab check, urine, blood, sugar, thyroid and ldl cholesterol, got here out constructive. The whole lot was wonderful.” I attribute these wonderful results to Bob’s and my main modifications of food 17 years ago, plus the fact that for over 40 years I have been dieting each Jan. 1, taking off (and recording on paper) the few additional, unwanted kilos that I had put on through the vacation season. We also had been taking dietary supplements each day. I later informed my doctor by telephone “Since ’88 we now have been consuming an enormous vegetable salad every single day and in addition made many meals modifications.” He responded “Your consuming habits confirmed up wonderful on paper.”
