Plus, Nicole has been posting inspirational updates about her health on Instagram. On May 20, for example, she uploaded a meme image that reads, “Being healthy and fit isn’t a fad or a trend. Instead, it’s a lifestyle.” In the caption to that post, she wrote, “Eating healthy isn’t all about a 30-day challenge. It’s a great way to get started, of course: Make a short-term goal to show yourself that you can do it. Just don’t forget your long-term goal: a healthier lifestyle.”
A day earlier, she posted a quote attributed to raw food advocate Ann Wigmore: “The food you eat can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.” In her caption, Nicole said, “Making healthy changes is the best things you can do for yourself. What are you making for dinner tonight? I’m thinking veggie [chili] on top of a baked potato.”
And Instagram commenters have been cheering her on. “I’m proud of you, Nicole,” wrote Instagrammer servejonas. “Good for you, Nicole! One step at a time!” commented ekaterinashelehova. Let’s just hope Azan is just as supportive… and giving her plenty of compliments!
