Is Keto diet for you?

For the uninitiated, keto diet focuses primarily on fat consumption, trying to force your body to use it as a fuel to function. So with every meal, you are supposed to eat fat, the amount of which varies for people. Our liver produces ketone bodies from stored fat, which is the main goal of ‘going keto’. For this to happen, you have to survive on 20-40 grams of carbs in a day, focus on your protein intake, to reach the stage of ketosis.
