High blood pressure diet: Prevent hypertension symptoms with pomegranate juice

High blood pressure is a deadly condition that affects more than a quarter of all adults in the UK.

It’s caused by eating an unhealthy diet, including lots of salt, or by not doing enough exercise.

The condition, which is also known as hypertension, puts extra stress on blood vessels and vital organs.

But you could lower your risk of high blood pressure by drinking more pomegranate juice, it’s been revealed.

Regularly drinking the fruit juice could help to slash blood pressure levels, claimed Biochemist Dr David Williams.
